Athena Shevorykin has been a student at the School of American Ballet since 2016. She has participated in multiple New York City Ballet productions, including Swan Lake, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and multiple roles, including the lead role of Marie, in The Nutcracker. She has also participated in numerous School of American Ballet performances, such as the Toulmin Choreography Workshop and 90th Anniversary Ball, and she is a member of the SAB Honor Society. Athena was selected as a Nikolay Ambassador after attending the Bolshoi Ballet Academy Summer Intensive program in 2023.
