Berkley Zumwalt is 12 years old and is currently a student at South Mississippi Ballet Theatre in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She began ballet training with SMBT at the age of eight under Arkadiy and Katya Orohovsky. Berkley is very passionate about ballet, but also enjoys other styles of dance, such as contemporary, jazz, and ballroom. Berkley has competed in several ballet competitions, including YAGP where she placed second and was a 2022 and 2023 finalist as well as placing first at ADC IBC and Top 15 at ADC IBC finals.

Berkley would love to join a professional ballet company one day. Her very first pair of pointe shoes at age nine were Nikolay Smart Pointes. She is currently loving her Nikolay Nova pointe shoes! She looks forward to representing her favorite brand and is so very grateful for this wonderful opportunity.
